ERIC
Welcome to Wroclaw !
We are very pleased to welcome you in our lovely city. We feel honored that you decided to come to Wroclaw.
As You know, Rotaract is giving you the opportunity to meet people from all over the world, as well as to learn about different cultures. However, meeting new people from different parts of the world might be the most ineterting issue and most valuable experience. As members of Rotaract, we try to improve life of others by working for the local communities and by involvement in international cooperation. Additionally, we Rotarians/ members of Rotaract are developing their leadership and professional skills as well as establishing new friendships.
From October 1st to October 3rd, 2010, we will give you the opportunity to visit the capital of The Netherlands: Amsterdam. We made a variety of packages for that weekend, so that everyone may choose their package to suit their needs. The packages are named after our Royal Family and range from the complete weekend, including accommodation, till only the Gala Ball on Saturday night.

Nordact in Oslo, October 2010
Nordact is the annual conference of the Rotaract Clubs in the Nordic region. This year, the conference is taking place in Oslo from October 15 to 17, 2010. It brings young people together to inspire, develop and create close bonds between the countries.
This year's theme is “Global Peace – Challenges and Opportunities”. We in Rotary and Rotaract believe that our work brings about greater world understanding and peace. Rotary International focusses on peace as well by offering exchanges in high school, scholarships for students, and its worldwide Centers for International Studies in peace and conflict resolution. And Oslo is the city where the Nobel Peace Prize is awarded each year.
Welcome to Oslo, welcome to the city of peace!

ERIC AIDS Social Awareness Project 2009
European AIDS Awareness Day
1st December 09
Caros Companheiros,

[RE Committee] Banbury Camping Rally 2009
Hello Everybody!
After the resounding success and £2,772.79 profit of 2008's Banbury Retro
Rally, we are very pleased to announce the theme for the 2009 rally....
Around The World in 80 Hours (almost)
Beat the credit crunch and general misery of the UK's recession (and this
week's snow and ice!) this August Bank Holiday weekend by joining District
1090 at this year's Banbury Camping Rally. We will be taking you on a
whirlwind tour of the world, treating you to a Mardi Gras style Carnival on
the Friday night, a Hawaiian Luau on the Saturday and a laid back trip to Oz
on Sunday to round off the weekend, with plenty of additional multinational
entertainment along the way! We have frozen the camping fees this year to
help keep the weekend affordable and have introduced more booking discounts
to try and save you as much money as we can – it's certainly cheaper than
the real round the world ticket! We will also be welcoming the Edinburgh
2010 Conference Crew to feed us all over the weekend - more information to
follow from them soon.
The Facebook Group<http://www.facebook.com/home.php#/group.php?gid=7805812732>is
the same as last year and will be kept up to date with the latest
updates
on the event. You can also chalk up your attendance or any special
requests, as well as discuss the important things like fancy dress ideas,
karaoke suggestions and the like. The website is currently under
construction, but we'll be letting you know when it's live so you can access
all the important information with the non-Facebook option. We also haven't
quite picked our charity yet, but we'll let you know that as soon as
possible too!
There are three booking discount options this year, whether you want to book
early and get money off, book with friends and get money off, or indeed book
alone, pay by installments and get money off - the choice is yours!! But be
quick - many of these options have time limits and why pay more when you can
get 25% your camping fees just for sending a cheque a few weeks earlier?!
So why wait, download the Booking
Form<http://f1.grp.yahoofs.com/v1/kA-PSdeoSRzgquEw-wSRsSDbbnscRo_tNQJI5sf7Lk9G1RGlHzkXJI_IaxoAeIe1Hx3rncFai2qbTw9FXBAOBbPXCipR6TRzlxYl/Booking%20Form%202009.pdf>now
and rally your troops - we want this year's rally to be the biggest
and
best ever!
We know that this is the best weekend in the RGBI Rotaract Calendar, but we
also know we're a little biased so if you're still not convinced visit the
Facbook Group for last year's photos and experiences or ask around any of
the last year's campers - or for the less impartial stance you can ask the
crew at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .
We can't wait to see you in the summer!!
